What our customers have to say...
He was a lovely, decent man who made a real effort to give us an experience that would stay with us for a lifetime. In my case he certainly succeeded. TR 20NOV09
I have done many tours not with The Adventure Company, but with similar companies and have never come across anyone who is as good a tour guide as Tony. He not only gave a 100% to helping in anyway he could and was always friendly but he also cared a great deal about each of us. I was very happy having him as my tour leader and would recommend him to anyone. TR 15JAN10
Tony was one of the best tour leaders I have experienced. I had two medical problems during the trip, inc a tooth extraction. He was unbelievably caring and attentive throughout. He was intuitive, amusing, interesting, knowledgeable, willing to help beyond the call of duty. I could not recommend him more highly. TR 20NOV09
I found our leader Anthony Gomez to be an exceptional guide, certainly the best I have met since I have been travelling with groups. He was highly attentive and informative and really looked after those members who were ill. I felt we were all in very safe hands and I realise just how much of a difference it makes to a trip to have a top quality guide. TR 20NOV09
Our group leader, Tony Gomez, was fantastic. He was well organised, very informative and friendly. Tony's approach meant that the group gelled well. He was always willing to help and clearly wanted us to enjoy ourselves and have a good holiday. He is a great asset to the Adventure Company. TR20NOV09
Our group leader Tony was an excellent guide. He really thought about everyone in the group and really looked after our welfare and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed the trip, doing little extra's outside the schedule. (He even went shopping for us to get local foods, snacks so we didn't have to). He gave really good local advice and ensured that the group was safe. He was also fun, good company and really knew all the places & people we visited.
I stayed on for a few extra days and he arranged a local taxi pick up to the airport for me before I left - he called the hotel just before I was leaving to make sure the car was there and that all was OK and to wish me well. Couldn't have asked for a better guide & he really made the trip what it was. TR 15JAN10
He was excellent, going beyond the call of duty. The quality of people in his position can make or break a holiday experience. It would be too much to expect that all group leaders were of the same quality, but based on this trip, I would gladly book another trip with The Adventure Company. TR 05FEB10
Tony is the ideal tour leader. He is local to the area so has much background knowledge about people, habits, food, customs etc. He is also friendly and funny and very good company. TR 30JUL10
He went the extra mile to make things happen for us, from changing money to sourcing padlocks for our luggage, stamps, extra strong mosquito repellant, drinking water, shop locations/ suggestions, hotel room swaps, sorting out repair of luggage... TR 30JUL10
