The things I liked about Italy were these.

Firstly, going up Vesvius. This was quite scary because you felt like you could just topple off the edge (but nobody did). It was also quite cold, with lots of clouds around, so I would advise you to bring a jumper or fleece! Pompeii was another Awesome adventure. I never knew the Romans cooked fast food out on the streets in stone pots, for example. It was sad to see people who had died in the volcano, lying down looking just like us.

Jordan is family-friendly as well as fascinating

Most people may assume that the intriguing historical sights of Jordan are best explored alone or as a couple - well I can categorically say they are wrong.

Make no bones about it, the country is fantastic if you are on your own, but to the surprise of many, the Jordan offers family-friendly holiday that is welcoming and fascinating. Throughout the entire duration of the trip the kids were able to play football and other games with the very hospitable local youngsters, which really did make the holiday extra special.

Wow....

We've just returned from a family holiday to Morocco - Mohamid and Sulimaine we fab hosts and sensitive to our family's needs.  Suiimaine ensured the family were aware of the days adventures/ itinerary - plenty to occupy both adults and children.  During the longer days travelling the children were occupied on the coach and stops were appropriate to our needs coffee and toilets -v- photo opportunities in the snow!  His knowledge and enthusiasm for his country shone through!

Diverse Morocco is the ideal family holiday destination

Selecting a family holiday can be a tricky business if you have children who are still toddling around. As a keen explorer, I had always wanted to visit Morocco in order to scale the picturesque Atlas Mountains but I thought my chances were gone once I started to raise a young family. However, I managed to find a trip that not only gave us the opportunity to head to the fascinating north African country together, but also included a number of child-friendly excursions that would enable us to see various different parts of the nation.
